Sale of Mirvac Group (MGR)
On 5/11/25 evening report you stated you had taken profits on MGR last week. This was after posting an earlier alert you were selling MGR around $2.39. I set up a similar sale in my trading account as soon as I received the alert however the price didn’t reach $2.39 it went down. I kept an eye on the growth portfolio to see what action occurred with MGR over the two weeks. This week it is still listed in the growth portfolio and no sales have been made despite the comments in the evening report 5/11/25. I did notice that the date appearing on the Growth Portfolio sales update was 4/8/25 however, but this does not explain why MGR is still listed in the Growth portfolio and no sales listed. I am trying to learn from your advice but can’t understand what has unfolded so far with the MGR alert, supposed sale of the security and updates in the growth portfolio.
