For subscribers not familiar with Mercadolibre Inc (MELI US) its a online trading site for the Latin American market offering classified advertisements for motor vehicles, vessels, aircraft, real estate etc. The companies stock has endured a tough 12-months like most high price / growth names – it fell almost 70% at its worst.
- After recovering around 30% of the recent losses we are inclined to adopt a neutral stance although another 10-15% upside wouldn’t surprise.
