Hi there, we've been invested in MAAS group for a few years and believe it to be a well managed construction leasing/material/services business. I know it's not actively monitored by MM, though am wondering if you have an opinion on the SPP. At $4.65, the institutional placement went well, and now the share price is nearly $5 shortly after. Seems like a very good investment for retail investors at $4.65! Thanks, Campbell.

The Institutional placement was increased in size due to demand and the SPP price is at a ~5% discount to last close, so it looks attractive to us. The SPP closes on the 18th December.
