Question asked

Jumbo Interactive Limited (JIN)

Just curious about JIN the latest report dates back to 2022 (which I stand to be corrected) - any further analysis or guidance you may have? Kind regards Mark

Answer

Hi Mark,

Jumbo Interactive’s (JIN) Oz Lotteries Platform drives client lottery programs in Australia, the  UK, and Canada with the company claiming to serve more than 10,000 non-profit organisations around the world. JIN has grown revenue and profit in each of the last four fiscal years which has helped the stock more than double from its COVID low.

This year saw the online lottery ticket seller’s half-year result show an impressive +18.4% increase in revenue to $73.9 million and a 14.5% lift in underlying net profit after tax (before amortisation) to $20.8 million.  Lottery net revenue looks on track to be up 58% 2H24-to-date vs the same time last year with growth mainly driven by the record $200mn Powerball earlier in the half.

  • We are cautiously bullish towards JIN initially looking for a test of its $20 resistance area.
