JB Hi-Fi (JBH) has rallied more than 40% in the last few months, supported by a strong market, falling bond yields and a few broker upgrades on better than expected retail sales data. The stock hit all-time highs earlier this week before coming back ~3%.
This is a rally we would be fading, we see headwinds coming through for the Consumer Discretionary sector and some lofty expectations are being priced in ahead of their half year results coming up next month.
