Hi Jeff,
Probably the best which trades on the ASX is the BetaShares Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (RBTZ) ETF which currently holds 12.2% in Nvidia (NVDA US), while the Global X Artificial Intelligence ETF (GXAI) was also listed a couple of months ago.
However, there are more alternatives traded in the US such as the $US74bn Vanguard Information Technology ETF (VGT US) which currently has 46% of its assets in Microsoft (MSFT US), Apple Inc (AAPL US), and Nvidia (NVDA US).
NB When AI stocks rally the VGT ETF has been significantly outperforming the local traded RBTZ alternative.
