Please could you comment on Mach 7 [M7T]. One of the worst performers in my portfolio though seems to be doing well on the ground and expecting to be EBITDA positive this year Global reach and like a junior Promedicus with excellent integration of patient data and diagnostic imaging systems. Will the weighing machine triumph over the voting machine--eventually.

For those subscribers not familiar with M7T it’s a $200m Melbourne based business which designs and develops healthcare software solutions. I’m afraid my view is this a stock is 50-50 here at best, and looking at the financial metrics doesn’t really inspire me. To get excited about a small cap technology stock they need to be growing the top line very strongly i.e. sustainable revenue growth for the next few years at rates in excess of 40-50%, or incredible user growth, those sorts of things, that’s not the case with M7T. In other words, growth rather than EBITDA positive the key for a stock like this.
