INVOCARE TAKEOVER BY TPG Nov 2023
I have been trying to get to the bottom of this take over since last Nov. I elected to take a FULL cash consideration but instead received cash plus script ie. Class B shares in Eternal Aus HoldCo Ltd which are held by the Pacific Custodians ( as nominees ) on my behalf !!! ???. The latest and final reply from the Trustee Office Team ESS Trustees @ linkmarketservices.com.au and I Quote "for completeness, class B shares can only be disposed of in very limited circumstances and the TPG Shareholders do not intend to provide consent to a disposal at this time " Perhaps some other MM readers are experiencing the same problems with this dodgy situation, it seems like a repeat of the aaig situation , Do you have any advice as to how I might be able to obtain a copy of my original election and a copy of the Scheme Booklet as it seems every body I have approached was not willing to divulge these , Although a MM subscriber for many years I use Nabtrade and do not have a Broker I can approach for this problem and would be grateful for any advice you may be able to provide , thanking you Regards Geoff Godden
