    Where to buy Microsoft (MSFT US) and Alphabet (GOOGL US)?

    Dear James and team, Once again thanks for your great service. Since starting to use your news letter I have started to consistently beat the local market. Something I could never seem to do. I am now thinking of trying my luck with investing directly into international equities. I want to start with a few of the big cap stocks. With this in mind, what are your thoughts on MSFT and GOOG? What do you think would be fair entry points to start building my holdings. Are there any other high growth US shares that you really like? Keep up the great work, Charles

    Hi Charles,

    Two world class US “FANG” companies, we already own MSFT in our International Companies Portfolio. Our ideal accumulation areas are primarily generated by technical/statistical methods which usually serve us in good stead assuming we like the fundamental outlook and valuations:

    Microsoft (MSFT US) $US404.27: we like into dips under $US400 and then around $US375.

    Alphabet (GOOGL US) $US156.01: a bit harder because the stocks been advancing through the markets current weakness, but by definition that’s a bullish sign. Hence our two accumulation areas around $US154, which is close, and then $US130.
