HMC Capital (HMC) is pressing ahead with the initial public offering (IPO) of data centres via a REIT called DigiCo that will be worth ~$4 billion according to its regulatory filings on Monday. DigiCo, the new IPO, is seeking to raise up to approximately $1,645 million through an Institutional and a Retail Offer, with $4,490 million to be raised in total.
We’ve seen the broker presentations though the prospectus has not been lodged yet. Wholesale investors can bid through pretty much every broker by the look, and there will be a security holder offer as well once the prospectus comes out.
