I suspect you will not be able to answer this question but here goes anyway. Linkmarketservices and Computershare have all my TFNs and ABNs, emails communications preferences etc. So why do I get a snail mail letter each time I purchase a new stock? It is not a very friendly site to use either. Very frustrating!!!

It’s highly infuriating particularly in this day and age. You’re right, you can select some things to be delivered electronically but not all. It’s an archaic system and one that I can’t understand. I’m just thankful I have a portfolio administration team that deals with my portfolios and they’re the ones that deal with the share registries! No doubt one day, this will move completely electronic, perhaps block chain will be our savior in this.
