Thoughts on Coronado Global Resources (CRN) please

We do look at charts to help us identify good areas to buy companies we like although while our plans/views are always fluid we generally like averaging to be part of a plan.  For example, scaling into a position as we have with Goodman Group (GMG).

Coming back to CRN, the chart does indeed like poor with the stock making new 3-year lows on Thursday, CRN’s results last month were again disappointing and led to further broker downgrades:

• FY Revenue of $USD2.51bn was down 13% YoY.
• Last month CRN delivered FY Net Loss of $US108.9mn
• They announced a 0.005c dividend.

At this stage we need a catalyst to consider averaging our position in the MM Emerging Companies Portfolio.
