Does MM like REIT’s CQE and/or CIP?

Hi Tony,
Two high quality REIT’s – if splitting the two, we prefer CIP (just) given underlying assets & valuation. CIP gave a solid 1H23 update, and we had the team in following their results. We also have some exposure to CIP via our holding in CNI in the Income & Emerging Companies Portfolios. We know this one better. We also like Dexus (DXS) and hold this which is obviously exposed to ‘unloved’ office.
