Hi Team, If you are anticipating the 7000~7500 range to persist for the ASX200, why would you remain neutral so close to the lower boundary? Would you consider going long the index here or are you meaning that you are neutral on whether it rallies from here or breaks to lower levels?

A good question while the index is knocking on the door of its 7000-support area. Our Flagship Growth Portfolio is already 95% committed to equities hence for a “real money” portfolio we already regard ourselves as long. At this stage, as we commence Q4 our main message to subscribers is we believe equities are likely to be dominated by moves on the stock/sector front with an upside bias from the current area.
