Will everybody want an electric car (EV) sooner rather than later? I thought in the spirit of this headline I would point out that I’ve written and recorded a song about owning an Electric Car…..funnily enough the first line is “I want my next car to be electric”…!

Hi Mike,
Fridays morning report dovetails nicely with your new song but still less than 3% of car sales in the US are EV while the number is substantially lower in Australia. We like the sector but when everyone’s talking, singing and thinking the same way deep corrections often unfold hence we don’t believe its an opportune time to go “all in” to EV related names.
