Portfolio Change: Active Growth Portfolio
We initiated a small position in Data Centre operative NEXTDC (NXT), with the view of adding to the position should it pull back from here. Starting with a 3% weighting, we would look to increase this to a maximum of 5% in time.
NEXTDC (NXT) develops data centers. The Company develops and operates carrier and systems integrator neutral data centers in Australia. NEXTDC’s customers will also be able to use the data centers as connectivity and content hubs.
MM are buying NXT in the Active Growth Portfolio, allocating 3% around $17.80
