UK based VUK has been the best performing bank in 2021 rallying over 50% but it’s been coming off the boil since bond spreads started to contract following comments from the Fed. In hindsight we took a 30%+ profit too early back in February but we still believe the opportunity to re-enter VUK at lower levels will present itself in the coming months.
MM likes VUK ~7% lower
