We discussed TNE in detail earlier this month, concluding “we like TNE as a business and its expanding global footprint, the risk/reward looks good as it drifts lower, even though we are conscious that the market has lofty expectations ahead of its November result.” The stock is still trading around $38.50, but if we did see a volatile market-driven spike down towards the $36-37 region, the risk/reward may be good enough to entice us to increase our tech exposure via this enterprise software company ahead of its pending result.
- We like TNE into current weakness, especially if it dips down another 4-6%.
