OPY moved to raise capital early last week and launched a subsequent share purchase plan for retail holders as at 30 March. Eligible shareholders can apply for up to $30,000 worth of OPY shares on or before the 4th of May, with the company indicating a $5m allotment for the SPP. Shares have been well supported post raise, currently running a ~20% premium. We intend to participate in the SPP.
