A standout stock post-COVID, NVIDIA has delivered exponential gains, albeit with some volatility along the way. The latest leg up in the share price came after Washington assured both Nvidia and Advanced Micro that they could resume sales into China. The numbers coming out of NVIDIA are mind-boggling: In May’s 1Q earnings, we saw revenue of $US44.1bn despite export controls, while gross margins remained above 60%. The company’s earnings growth may be maturing, but its valuation isn’t too daunting with the stock trading on 39.3x Est FY26.
- We like NVDA even after recent gains, but to buy it here is a challenge to investors’ psychology.
