BKL obviously believes buyers are circling as they’ve put in place a defence team, very proactive or they have a “sniff” i.e. there’s usually no smoke without fire. Similar to A2M this company has struggled with the demise (permanent or transitory) of the daigou sales channels but it has sensibly strived to replace this ~$200m worth of vitamin sales into China. This is not a business we love but it does smell like somethings about to happen.
