Objective and strategy

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund’s fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Bloomberg Shareholder Yield Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities that comprise the index. The index is constructed to track the performance of U.S. large- and mid-cap companies.
