AIA struggled like many companies during COVID and for them to fully recover a return to international travel is needed, analysts are not forecasting a return of dividends until 2022. You can call AIA a property developer just like many people refer to Sydney Airports as a car park operator but either way they are both a play on a return of travel both locally and overseas, we are neutral AIA around $7 having just sold Sydney Airports (SYD)
