Think of it as an Australian CoreWeave, it supplies the computing power behind AI rather than developing AI software.
Its short listed history:
- NASDAQ IPO (Feb 2026): Raised US$125 million at US$30/share.
- Major contracts: Signed US$2.3 billion of five-year AI cloud infrastructure agreements, including a US$1.32 billion deal with a global AI lab commencing in 2027.
