I am interested to know your views on Adobe.. Have watched them for a while but as yet not bought any.. There was some concerns of how Adobe was executing with AI.. Figures do look pretty impressive over most recent reports unless there is something I am missing and they are aprox 23 times pe and 18 x fy 26 which certainly doesn’t seem too expensive..

It’s actually not a stock we’ve spent much time looking at recently – the trend in the share price has been the reason following a dispointing update last year where top line growth was guided down. They did provide a more upbeat assesment mid-year, but this is a business that is clearly being disrupted by AI. Their suit of products are now being undermined by alternatives, with competition from companies like Midjourney, OpenAI’s Sora, and Google’s Imagen. They are making investments to combat this, which the market seems sceptical on and we tend to agree – they seem to be swimming against a strong tide of change, that’s disrupting many parts of their business.
