Hi Debbie,
We learned this week that director James Synge has sold $1.11mn worth of 360 stock, and Mark Goines 60,000 shares for ~$2.47mn, its easy to understand why!
- James Synge no longer holds shares in Life360. As of September 2024, Synge sold all of his direct and indirect holdings in the company, amounting to over $2.6 million in transactions, reducing his ownership to zero.
- Mark Goines had a reduction in his holdings earlier in 2024, reportedly selling some of his shares post-conversion of Chess Depositary Interests (CDIs) into common stock.
Life360 recently reported strong Q3 2024 earnings, achieving record results including: revenue of $93.9mn +18% YoY plus a significant turnaround with net income of $7.7 million compared to a net loss in the prior year. However, after surging higher in 2024 this $5.5bn tracking business looks in need of a rest.
- If MM were long, we would be considering taking part profit.
