I hold IPH shares guys and I know Lonsec resrach think it has attractive income and growth prospects plus it is undervalued, what's your opinion? Would you hold or invest the funds elsewhere and if so where? thanks for your service, always read the reports, very informative

At MM we only provide General Advice hence this answer has not considered your position in any manner. Intellectual property business IPH is trading at new 5-year lows and while the dividend is attractive today we rarely like to buy stocks in steep decline, especially with no end in site – it feels like a “yield trap” to us.
We don’t see IP protection as a growth area, especially considering much of Asia’s total disregard to the practices, its not one for us.
