Hi Team, A question regarding Palladin Energy's offer to takeover the current miner in the news. Would I need to do anything at this end? Or is it essentially just a dilution of the shares where I guess I will become a part owner in the combined company? Thanks, Chris S.

You’re exactly correct, as a PDN shareholder you don’t have to do anything, you will indeed become a shareholder of the larger combined entity which will have more shares on issue. Obviously, it’s frustrating when a stock we own corrects on news such as PDNs bid for Canadian miner Fission Uranium Corp to create a global uranium leader with assets in Canada, Canada, Namibia and Australia.
