Hi Jill,
The company successfully placed raised $180mn from institutions at $14.60 with the proceeds of the Placement will be used to fund the acquisition of a 100% interest in
Luxury Travel Holdings Limited.
Eligible FLT shareholders are able to apply for up to $30,000 worth of stock at $14.60 or a 2.0% discount to the volume-weighted average price of Flight Centre shares traded
on the 5 trading days up to, and including, the SPP closing date i.e. whichever is lower.
Given FLT is trading ~27% above this level, we would be inclined to rake up this offer (with our ears pulled back!)
