MM’s current thoughts on WSA

Hi James & Team Your comment on the 18/2/22 in regards to Wyloo confirming support for IGO's takeover offer for WSA. "In the absence of any other bid which now seems unlikely, WSA looks maybe 20c rich i.e. the share price should be trading at the $3.36/share offer less the time value of money/holding cost = loosely this translates to a number around $3.30/share." This week WSA has been trading at $3.38 up to $3.40. Is there any reason for this? Would you continue to hold WSA until the takeover?

Answer

Hi Debbie,

We are only talking a 2% premium which when we consider the current commodities boom on the back of the invasion in the Ukraine is not significant. MM remains neutral WSA at current levels.
