The US listed ad-tech business reported Q3 earnings post-close overnight that beat expectations (mildly), though it does look like the level of growth has slowed a touch.

The property platform similar to REA Group (REA) is doing exceptionally well in a difficult US housing market, Q3 results showed overnight, sending the stock up 25%.
CAR surrendered its early gains on Thursday to finish marginally lower. CAR group has been flagged as one ASX stock that will struggle under a Trump Administration. Sentiment wasn’t helped by stocks of foreign automakers falling sharply Wednesday amid concerns the U.S. will hike tariffs on imported vehicles under President-elect Donald Trump.
DHG -5.59% was hit hard today as 1Q25 digital revenue growth of 9% y/y missed expectations which were nearer 15%. On a more positive side, they said October new listings growth has continued to accelerate, underpinning y/y depth revenue growth of 19% like-for-like.
Zillow is now a $US14bn company that is like an REA Group (REA) but exposed to a much bigger North American market. We originally bought the stock 5 months ago at ~$US46, and it’s been a solid run since, up ~30%. They are set to report earnings before the market opens tomorrow, and given the recent run in the stock price, there is a level of optimism clearly built in, with group sales growth of ~12% expected, which would be a good result in MM’s view.
MSFT reported post close overnight with a solid set of results, mildly above market expectations, confirming their push into AI is helping to drive growth.
