We took profit on our Strandline Position in November, however it the Mineral Sands company remains on our radar.
The bulk of the value in this company is their newly producing Coburn project in WA, with exceptional economics around the asset that has a mine life of over 22 years.
The company also has two Tanzanian projects which are at various stages of study and investment decisions, but in our view, they will play second fiddle to Coburn for some time. After a successful mine build at Coburn and strong early production numbers, we like Strandline as a leveraged play on the mineral sands market.
