    Do we prefer AD8 or ABB more?

    Hi James and Team,

    Question for Sat’s Report:

    • RHI – Red Hill Iron Ltd – Had a good run up on Friday – Can I have your view on RHI
    • Due to shortage of funds – if you had to currently choose between AD8 – Audinate Group & ABB – Aussie Broadband. Which of these 2 would you choose?

    Hi Debbie,

    A couple of questions here hence I’ve answered them separately:

    • MM is long Fortescue Metals (FMG) and we are considering taking profit into its current solid bounce, I imagine junior miner RHI will follow a similar path.
    • We prefer AD8 over ABB in the short term with the former looking set to make new highs into Christmas i.e. at least another 10% higher, however we also think ABB has a very good future. They’re two stocks we like.
