Hi Tony,
We tend to think it is and we wrote as much here as we added the stock to our Hitlist for the Active Income Portfolio.
They are now expected to yield ~7.74% over the next 12 months (unfranked) and while higher interest rate costs are clearly biting in the short term, there is always something required to push shares to new lows. We like it here.
