WJL has been “in play” through much of 2025, with a deal ultimately looking likely with two parties interested. This month, Helloworld Travel (HLO) bid 90c per share for Webjet. BGH Capital then submitted a non-binding indicative offer last week, with the stock trading at this price on Wednesday. At this stage, both bids are conditional, and the board of Webjet has granted due diligence access to both.
- We expect WJL to be acquired by one of these two suitors, best guest would be a price ~$1.
