The Bottom Line

The AI Trade is alive and well but at MM we feel it’s also time to fade the move in the “Disruption Trade”:

  • We like the ASX-traded Global X Semiconductor ETF (ASX:SEMI) for exposure to the AI build out.
  • We like the US-traded IGV ETF for a bounce in the “AI Disruption Trade” although the local ETFs are likely to follow a similar path for subscribers who prefer to invest onshore.
