PME continues to deliver operationally, with the ~$22bn medical imaging software business consistently winning new contracts and holding on to existing ones, despite the volatility in its share price. Over recent months, through its US subsidiary Visage Imaging, PME has continued to secure significant contract wins and renewals, including a $90mn seven-year deal with Beth Israel Lahey Health, a combined $44mn in contracts with Allegheny Health Network and TidalHealth, and further agreements with Ohio State University, St Luke’s Health System, Valley Health and, most recently, Billings Clinic–Logan Health in October 2026.
The latest wins reinforce the strength of its technology and growing US customer base, with CEO Sam Hupert describing the company as “future-fit for the AI era.” However, there are always two sides to a coin and with PME, its valuation, with the stock trading on a challenging earnings multiple.
- We can see PME testing the $230-250 area in the coming months, or 10-20% higher.
