Last week we suggested that global equities remained in a clear bullish uptrend and a break to fresh all-time highs felt almost inevitable, within a week we’re there! The MSCI World Index is now only a good session away from our 2900 target, however the chart below clearly shows that the backdrop for global equities remains positive. Although at MM we’re looking for a test and fail of new highs, the trend remains our friend and pullbacks if they eventuate should be bought until further notice.
