German Bunds have bounced like other major bonds however while they remain in negative territory it’s hard to argue that monies not cheap! While we do believe German bunds have seen a potentially lifetime low, we still think they will take many months before they gather the economic confidence to challenge 0.5% and 1%, simply crazy levels when we consider their levels over recent decades.
