We still have an issue sending emails to Bigpond addresses this morning – more information in this alert

On Friday, we experienced an issue sending emails through our automated system to members with Bigpond emails (and a few others that use Telstra). We are working with our provider & Bigpond to fix this issue as quickly as possible.

To help with this, we ask all users to mark the email address [email protected] on your safe senders list.
