Directors are selling one of our portfolio holdings, my thoughts?

As most of you know by now, I am looking to reduce my equity portfolio significantly into any Christmas rally, hence I am watching any movements / news very closely in my 5 stock holdings (see Hickman’s Positions). Planning, I believe is probably 90% of both successful trading and investing, allowing us to implement strategies almost mechanically and not joining the flock who often “sell at the bottom and buy at the top”.

The standout news that I have noticed is a decent volume of IAG shares being sold by directors in Australia (see below) and also in New Zealand. Michael Wilkins, the Managing Director, now owns a reported ~2.048m shares, both directly and indirectly, hence these sales are a significant percentage.
