Where do we invest to benefit from the Renewable Energy boom?
Renewable Energy is an enormous topic, but a few important points have caught my attention recently. Since 2013, the world has voted for renewal energy with more capacity added annually than for oil, natural gas and coal combined. The price of wind and solar energy continues to plunge and is now basically the same as standard electricity in many parts of the world. Amazingly, solar power that is currently under 1% of the electricity market today, is forecast to be the largest single source by 2050. Cleaner energy is the future and should be considered seriously when investing going forward.
