Shining the Spotlight on Five of the Best Performing Stocks of last Financial Year
Companies that perform well, often continue to do so, hence it’s a great place to start looking for investment opportunities. Unfortunately, most investors have a bad habit of trying to “buy cheap,” but generally shares are cheap for a reason (s) and may continue to be so for a lot longer. Four of the below five are simply excellent success stories and only one, Fairfax (FXJ), is a stock attempting to recover from a dramatic sell off, hence the often quoted saying:
Domino’s Pizza (DMP) +97% - An excellent success story from a brand that I’m sure we all recognise. Technically, I would take part profit into fresh highs around $22.50 if I was long; I am a buyer around $18.50 with stops under $16.90.
