Business Summary

Perseus Mining Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in gold production, mineral exploration and gold project development in the Republic of Ghana and the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire, in West Africa. The Company's segments include Edikan, Sissingue, Yaoure, and Corporate/other. Edikan Gold Mine is a large-scale, low-grade multi open-pit operation located on the Asankrangwa Gold Belt, Ghana. The Sissingue Gold Mine and satellite deposits are situated on the Syama-Boundiali Greenstone Belt. The terrain is comprised of granitoids, flysch sediments, intermediate volcanic, and small occurrences of mafic intrusive and molasse sediments. Yaoue lies within the eastern half of Boufle greenstone belt in central Cote d'Ivoire. The belt is a north-north-east-trending assemblage of Palaeoproterozoic volcanic, sedimentary and intrusive rocks of the Birimian Supergroup. This zone comprises a system of structures in a 300-meter-wide zone, 200 meter stratigraphically below the CMA Zone.
