Business Summary

McMillan Shakespeare Limited is an Australia-based provider of salary packaging and novated leasing services. The Company is also a provider of fleet and asset management and consumer and fleet financing. The Company operates through three segments: Group Remuneration Services (GRS), Asset Management (AM) and Retail Financial Services (RFS). GRS segment provides administrative services in respect of salary packaging and facilitates the settlement of motor vehicle novated leases for customers. AM segment provides financing and ancillary management services associated with motor vehicles, commercial vehicles and equipment. RFS segment provides retail brokerage services, aggregation of finance originations and extended warranty cover. The Company’s brands include Maxxia, RemServ, Interleasing, Plan Partners, Plan Tracker, Just Honk, NFC Aggregation, UFS Aggregation, Motorsure Insurance Solutions, AngloScottish Asset Finance and CLM.
