Business Summary

Gladiator Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration and mining company with a focus on gold and uranium. The Company's project includes Marymia Gold project, Rutherglen Gold project, Bendoc Gold project and Tanzanian projects. The Marymia Gold project is located approximately 250 kilometers (km) northeast of Meekatharra in the Murchison Goldfield of Western Australia. This prospect is an extension of the 60 km long belt containing the Plutonic and Marymia Gold Mines. Rutherglen Gold project (EL6331) is located approximately 30km west of Albury and covers an area of approximately 368 square kilometers (kms2). The Bendoc Gold Project (EL6187) is located approximately 12 km south of Delegate, NSW and covers an area of approximately 220 km2. The Tanzanian projects cover approximately 1,764 km2 of Tanzanian tenements with a focus on Gold and Uranium and include Minjingu in Northern Tanzania along with Mkuju, Liwale, Foxy and Eland in Southern Tanzania.
