Business Summary

Diversified United Investment Limited is an Australia-based investment company. The Company invests in Australian and international equities. The Company seeks to provide income and capital appreciation over the longer term to its shareholders through a portfolio of securities predominantly comprising shares of companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange with additional exposure to international markets. It also actively manages the portfolio to monitor and reduce risks and identify market opportunities as they arise. It provides dividend income to shareholders which is sustainable over the long-term, maintaining full franking when possible. The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) under which shareholders may elect to have all or part of their dividend payment reinvested in new ordinary shares. It seeks to diversify its portfolio by including exposure to select international markets and sectors.
