Business Summary

AMA Group Limited is an Australia-based collision repair company. It has a network of sites across Australia and New Zealand. It also operates an associated automotive parts business, supplying new and recycled parts to the collision and mechanical industries. Its Vehicle Collision Repairs segment repairs cars and light vehicles. The segments Drive Business Unit specializes in performing rapid repairs on cars that have sustained low-to-medium collision damage and are still drivable, and Non-Drive Business Unit provides larger, more complex repairs of cars that have sustained high severity collision damage and are undriveable. Its Heavy Motor segment provides specialized facilities for all commercial vehicle repairs, from light commercial to prime movers, B-doubles, buses, and earthmoving equipment. Its Supply segment provides a range of recycled and new automotive parts and accessory solutions to a range of customer segments, including collision repair sites, wholesale, and retail.
