Afternoon Report Friday 28 November 2014
The ASX 200 ended 88 points lower today at 5313 with weakness seen throughout the whole market. However, RIO Tinto (RIO), closed up $1.08 at $59.10.
BHP Billiton closed 3.4% lower at $30.92; we see further downside in this sector for the short term.
The Oil sector continued to decline with WPL 7.07% lower.
We expect another quiet session in the US tonight, as it is only open for half a day due to thanksgiving.
