The sea of red returned in the ASX 200 today, closing 108 points lower at 5,188 following the global market selloff overnight
The Energy sector also followed global suit, with Santos (STO) closing 45c lower at $12.59 and Woodside Petroleum (WPL) down $1.06 at $38.70.
ANZ and Westpac (WBC) were the weakest link in the banking sector, both closing down 1.9% to $31.22 and $32.25 respectively.
